Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum 48 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time is not refundable and will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

Sessions End on Time

We honor the set begin and end time of all scheduled appointments. Due to a full session schedule, all sessions must conclude on time, and clients will be made aware when the end of their session is approaching.
